How long does a typical website project take?
Most marketing websites launch in 6–10 weeks. Larger e-commerce or custom platforms usually take 12–16 weeks. You'll get a detailed timeline after the discovery call.
Will I own my website and brand assets?
Absolutely. Once the project is paid in full, all design files, code and content belong to you.
Which platforms do you build websites on?
We recommend the stack that fits your team: Astro and headless CMSs for speed, Shopify for commerce, or Webflow when your team wants visual editing.
Do you offer website maintenance after launch?
Yes. Every launch includes 30 days of free support, and our retainers cover updates, monitoring, backups and ongoing improvements.
General
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. Our Starter plan is designed for early-stage brands, and we're happy to phase larger projects so they fit your budget.
Which industries do you work with?
Mostly B2B SaaS, e-commerce, health, finance and professional services, but our process works for any business with clear growth goals.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. Most of our clients are outside our home city. We run projects through video calls, shared workspaces and a weekly written update.
Working together
How do you measure success?
We agree on KPIs during strategy, such as leads, revenue, ROAS or rankings, and report on them monthly through a live dashboard.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often plug into existing marketing teams, filling skill gaps or adding capacity where you need it most.
Who will we work with day to day?
You get a dedicated project manager and direct access to the senior specialists doing the work. No hand-offs to juniors.
How often will we get updates?
You receive a short written update every week, a live dashboard at all times and a review call every month (or more often on larger plans).
Pricing
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Retainers are month-to-month after an initial three-month onboarding period. Fixed-scope projects are priced and invoiced by milestone.
How are project payments structured?
Fixed projects are usually split 40% to start, 40% at design approval and 20% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Is ad spend included in your pricing?
No. Media budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms from your own accounts, so you keep full ownership and transparency.
