Yes. Every regular episode is free on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music and all major podcast apps. Podcast Plus is optional support that removes ads and adds extras.

Fill in the guest application with a short pitch. We review every submission and reply within two weeks if your story is a good fit for an upcoming season.

Never. Guests are chosen on the strength of their story alone, and sponsors have no say in who we interview.

Plan for about 90 minutes: a short sound check, roughly an hour of conversation and a few minutes to wrap up. We record remotely or in our studio.

Most partners book host-read spots across four to eight episodes. We also offer full-episode sponsorships and newsletter placements. Every ad is clearly labelled.

Yes. Membership is month to month (or yearly if you choose the annual plan) and you can cancel from your account whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
