How we structure creative and audience tests so paid campaigns get better every week instead of slowly decaying.

Most paid campaigns follow the same curve: strong at launch, then slowly more expensive as creative fatigues and audiences saturate. The fix is a steady, disciplined testing rhythm.

Monday: review

Look at last week’s numbers against your real business metric — qualified leads, trials or revenue — not just clicks. Note what moved and why you think it moved.

Tuesday: decide one test per channel

Choose a single variable to test on each channel: a new hook, offer, format or audience. One variable means you actually learn something.

Wednesday–Thursday: produce and launch

Brief creative with a clear hypothesis, produce two or three variations and launch them with enough budget to reach a meaningful result.

Friday: document

Write down every test and its result in a shared log. After a few months, this log becomes one of your most valuable marketing assets.

The rules that make it work

  • Test the biggest levers first: offer and hook beat button colour every time
  • Give tests enough budget and time to reach a confident result
  • Kill losers quickly, scale winners gradually
  • Feed winning messages back into your website and email

A weekly rhythm turns paid media from a gamble into a learning machine.
